- Plan, coordinate, supervise and administer a facility heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance/repair program.
- Responsible for program development andsupervision of emergency and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Must participate in on-call rotation.
- Responsible for supervision of inmate work crew.

High school diploma and experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems or in the operation and maintenance of HVAC mechanical and building control systems. Relevant experience may be substituted for the required diploma on a year-for-year basis.
