Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
• Support and/or lead mechanical operations in mission-critical facilities
• Work on complex equipment (Air and water-cooled chillers, Cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs)
• Operate and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Work with DDC, pneumatic, and variable frequency drive control systems
• Respond to on-call and after-hours service requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

What you need

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Experience with mechanical systems
• Understanding of HVAC diagnostic tools and instrumentation
• Virginia Journeyman HVAC License preferred
• OSHA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license
