HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Installer / HVAC Refrigeration Technician to join our team and support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple sites.

As an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer / HVAC Refrigeration Technician, you’ll work independently and with a team to ensure systems are installed correctly and operating efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Fabricating, assembling, and installing HVAC sheet metal ductwork and componentsInstalling, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsReading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawingsPerforming routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipmentInstalling and servicing equipment such as RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, air handlers, and exhaust systemsEnsuring proper system airflow, duct sealing, and insulation installationCoordinating with team members and customers on project timelines and service needsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environmentEnsuring all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and company standards

We’re seeking a well-rounded technician with strong installation skills and refrigeration knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and/or refrigeration serviceExperience with sheet metal fabrication and duct installationEPA 608 Certification (preferred or required based on role)Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency with hand and power toolsValid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularlyComfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and in confined spacesAvailability for occasional overtime or after-hours work as needed
