What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Deliver high-quality, people-first service to ensure customer facilities operate efficiently
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and clear communication
- Provide accurate and honest service reporting
- Support and mentor fellow technicians to help elevate team standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical schematics
- Commitment to integrity, accountability, and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- We consider candidates with past records on a case-by-case basis, aligned with our values of growth and second chances
