Role: HVAC Sales Specialist
Location: US Bay Area, hybrid with travel
Salary: $70-95k + commission + package
We are partnering with a leading clean energy provider delivering high-impact renewable solutions to residential customers.
Role Overview:
This role focuses on selling residential heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps. You will work closely with technical teams, contribute to business development, and support customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell residential heat pump HVAC systems and educate customers on benefits.
- Conduct technical consultations, design solutions, and present proposals in person, via phone, and email.
- Work with internal HVAC managers and project teams to ensure seamless installations.
- Generate new business through outreach to existing contacts, networking, and events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on rebates, policies, technical equipment, and market trends.
- Track, document, and report on projects using internal systems and software.
Requirements:
- Proven HVAC experience, ideally in heat pump or mini split systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and document progress.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve sales targets.
