Job Summary

Seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join a growing residential HVAC company. The ideal candidate has strong installation experience, a solid work ethic, professional demeanor, and works well as part of a team. Installers work under a Crew Leader and have opportunities to advance into Lead Installer and management positions.

Responsibilities

• Install gas furnaces
• Install central air conditioning systems
• Install ductless mini-split systems
• Remove and replace HVAC equipment
• Load, unload, and transport equipment
• Drive company box trucks and vans
• Lift and move heavy HVAC equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Work closely with installation team members and crew leaders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (5+ years preferred for more senior installers)
• EPA Certification
• HVAC vocational school training preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$45 per hour for Installation Technician
