Maintenance Technician
1st shift 36 per hour
Job Description
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, chillers, exhaust systems, and climate control equipment supporting manufacturing and storage areas. Operate, monitor, and maintain boiler and steam systems, including inspections, testing, startups, shutdowns, and responding to alarms or system issues. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical and utility systems to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Work Environment
This position involves working in a chemical manufacturing environment, where adherence to safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. The role primarily requires working on the 2nd shift with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth operations during production hour

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
