Prince William County Community Services is seeking energetic, self-motivated, high-achieving applicants for our Early Intervention Program Manager position. Early Intervention (EI) is a Part C of IDEA –(Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) program, working within PWC Community Services, regulated by federal, state, and local mandates and guidelines. The EI Division consists of two programs –The Infant Information Center (IIC) and the Parent Infant Education Program (PIE), both of which have a Program Manager (PM). We are seeking to fill the EI PIE Program Manager position which provides oversight and management to the therapy and developmental services staff, including contractors. The EI PM will work closely with the EI Division Manager/Part C LSM and PWC Community Services staff in the administration of EI services. Come grow with us and our infants and toddlers. About This Role:
The EI Program Manager will be responsible for managing THE PARENT Infant Education (PIE) program. The Parent Infant Education Program (PIE) is staffed with VA licensed and Part C Certified PT, OT, SLP, LCSW, ECSE, Early Intervention Assistant staff, as well as Hearing and Vision specialists. Duties of the EI PM include, but are not limited to, those described in Essential Functions of this role.
These include: Program Oversight, Direct supervision of PIE supervisors; ongoing data collection, analysis and reporting; working directly with IIC, PIE staff and administrators of contracted agencies to coordinate service delivery; coordinating with other Community Services programs; overseeing record requests and attending occasional meetings of state Part C staff, PWC CS staff and meetings with community partners as needed for program administration.

This position is typically Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day with the possibility of administrative and supervisory duties extending beyond this on occasion. The EI PM will work in the office and remotely as program needs dictate.
Hiring Salary Range:
$98,475.00-$128,017.50
