Human Resources Manager (42461)

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an HR Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of HR experience, manufacturing experience, and highly organized.


The salary range for this position is $75k-85k.


The HR Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Manage and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution support
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave programs
  • Act as liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Support open enrollment processes and ongoing benefits education
  • Administer leave programs in compliance with applicable laws
  • Oversee payroll processes in partnership with a part-time Payroll Coordinator
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including audits and approvals
  • Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems


The HR Manager will possess the following:


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
