This role will work closely with multi-site leadership to provide practical guidance on workforce-related matters and help maintain a stable, productive work environment. This is a on-site role.

What You’ll Be Involved In

  • Acting as a consistent point of contact for site leadership on employee-related matters
  • Supporting staffing and workforce planning efforts across a mix of employee populations
  • Assisting with workplace concerns and helping ensure fair, consistent application of company practices
  • Providing input and structure around performance expectations, coaching, and development conversations
  • Monitoring adherence to internal standards and external requirements related to employment practices
  • Using available data and observations to identify trends impacting the workforce
  • Contributing to efforts that improve employee engagement, retention, and overall work environment
  • Reinforcing expectations related to workplace conduct, safety, and operational standards
  • Leading employee relations investigations across multiple sites
  • Performing full cycle recruitment efforts for all levels of roles within an organization


What the Organization Is Looking For

  • 6 or more years experience supporting HR functions in an operational or site-based setting
  • Subject matter expertise working directly with leadership on workforce and employee-related topics
  • Working knowledge of employment practices, employee relations investigations, and general compliance expectations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to issues as they arise
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with leading recruitment efforts for all levels of roles within an operational setting
  • Familiarity with HR systems and standard workplace technology tools
  • Flexibility to support an on-site environment with varying business needs
  • Experience supporting diverse or multilingual workforces
  • Professional HR certification or equivalent experience
  • Manufacturing or transportation industry operational setting experience
