We are looking to have an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR Department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR Intern’s responsibilities include updating employee HRIS (Paylocity) records, supporting payroll processes, scanning and filing HR documents, drafting employee communications, and creating assigned staff alerts for designated communications.
Additionally, this role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting candidate prescreens, coordinating interviews, and assisting with job postings and candidate sourcing. The HR Intern will help maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, prepare and send offer and rejection communications, and assist with new hire orientation coordination and presentation updates.
The program is scheduled to run for ten weeks, from Monday, June 1, 2026, through Thursday, August 6, 2026, with flexibility to accommodate students’ needs. The proposed schedule is a 32-hour work week over four consistent workdays (Monday–Thursday). This internship offers a total salary of $5,500 for the full duration of the program.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
· Work is performed primarily in an office environment with moderate noise level. The employee in this class is frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
· Position requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, which permits the employee to function in a general office environment to accomplish tasks:
· Constantly requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

· Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work.
