HRIS Systems Analyst (Contract | 1+ Year)

A large, well-established healthcare organization is seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst to support ongoing HR systems operations and a major enterprise system transformation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact ERP implementation while maintaining and optimizing existing HRIS platforms.
This role will sit at the intersection of HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and seamless user support across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems and related modules
- Perform system configurations, updates, and mass data changes
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
- Monitor system integrations and partner with IT teams
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and validation processes
- Build and deliver standard and ad hoc reports
- Support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements
- Assist with performance management and compensation cycles
- Document processes and contribute to user training efforts
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HRIS or HR systems experience
- Experience with platforms such as PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, BrassRing, or similar
- Strong reporting, data analysis, and system configuration skills
- Experience supporting performance and compensation processes is a plus
- Ability to translate business needs into technical system solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Additional Details:
- Contract length: 1+ year (likely extension)
- Interview process: 1–2 rounds
- Focus on both day-to-day HRIS support and project-based work tied to system transformation
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential
