Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist III to provide day-to-day HR support in a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with supervisors, managers, and employees across 24/7 operations. This role is well suited for an HR professional who is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable supporting employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and operational HR processes in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support across assigned departments or crews.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, leave cases, and employment status changes.
- Coach managers on employee issues and help resolve employee relations matters.
- Partner with Benefits, Payroll, and other HR teams to ensure timely and equitable resolution of issues.
- Support compensation evaluations, promotions, and department restructuring.
- Prepare employee communications related to compensation, benefits, and policy updates.
- Maintain accurate HR records, complete reporting, and support audits and compliance requests.
- Help improve HR processes, systems, and team effectiveness.
- Learn the business by actively engaging with operations and staying connected to employee sentiment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Employee relations experience.
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- HRIS experience, ideally with Oracle.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
