About the Role

As our HR Generalist (Compliance Focused), you will be the guardian of our workplace standards. You will not just be checking boxes; you will be building the framework that keeps our team safe, fair, and legally sound. You will act as the bridge between complex labor regulations and our day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the company remains in 100% compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
• Assist with drafting, updating, and enforcing the Employee Handbook and standard operating procedures.
• Lead internal audits of personnel files, I-9 documentation, and payroll classifications to ensure we are always "audit-ready."
• Manage EEO-1 reporting, OSHA logs, and other mandatory compliance filings.
• Assist with the review of compliance-related grievances and internal investigations.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or Compliance role.
• Integrity: Unshakeable ethics. You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Attention to Detail: You notice the missing signature or the slightly outdated clause that everyone else misses.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is a major plus.
• Values proactive problem-solving over reactive firefighting.
