We’re seeking a Human Resources Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and is passionate about supporting a high-performing workforce.


What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements for engineering and technical roles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, and offer processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.


Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and workplace concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Assist with performance management review systems and tracking and disciplinary processes.


Compliance & Recordkeeping

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support internal audits and reporting requirements.


Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs for safety, technical skills, and leadership development.
  • Assist with career development planning and succession strategies.


Benefits & Compensation

  • Support benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in civil engineering, construction, or technical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-driven environment.
