HR Generalist


The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection)
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Promote a positive workplace culture

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure HR policies are updated and implemented

Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes
  • Support goal setting and employee development plans


Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in audits and HR reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
  • Track employee development initiatives
