Human Resources & Fiscal Specialist

The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Court Analyst that will be assigned to the Human Resources and Fiscal Office in Albany County.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with benefits-related transactions and processes
• Support payroll transactions and related administrative tasks
• Maintain and ensure integrity of Human Resources data
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and vendor selection procedures
• Prepare and enter accounts payable transactions in the Statewide Financial System (SFS), including vouchers, purchase orders, and contracts
• Assist with the Court’s annual budget preparation and submission
• Order and manage office supplies
• Respond to inquiries from judges, employees, vendors, and the public
• Serve as liaison with the OGS Building Manager’s office
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal Management Analyst and Clerk of the Court

Qualifications: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Base Salary: $64,971
