MajorDuties

  • Responsible for the oversight of a variety of Bureau mission tasks and protocol related activities and functions.
  • Provides guidance to all organizational segments of the Bureau, including management activities such as workload analysis, organization and procedures, staffing, budget, fiscal processes, personnel administration, general services, and communication.
  • Responsible for a multitude of protocol-related activities and functions to include Presidential Delegations traveling abroad; serves as host to visiting foreign dignitaries, including meetings, greetings, etc.
  • Supervises the preparation of budget submissions and supporting documentation for two appropriations.
