Effective human resource management is central to ProSight’s business strategy. We’re looking for a highly organized and people‑focused Human Resources Coordinator to support our recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll help create a positive experience for candidates and employees while keeping HR operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting communications and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers. Support candidate screening efforts as needed.
  • Proactively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow consistency. Maintain job postings and candidate records.
  • Update all materials related to new hire onboarding and candidate communications to ensure information is current and relevant.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Support employee recognition programs, employee engagement initiatives and training and development offerings.
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.
  • Work effectively with employees and managers throughout the organization to provide information, guidance and support.
  • Provide back-up to other Human Resources team members as needed.
  • Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and 1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or related experience
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn HR systems.
  • Experience supporting a hybrid or multi-location workforce
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, job-related knowledge and market considerations. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on business results and individual performance.
