Human Resources Coordinator 2nd Shift

Company Description

New South Express, LLC, is located in Lincoln, Alabama, we are a subsidiary of Honda Logistics North America (HLNA) and our company provides logistics services to the Honda manufacturing facility. These services include container yard transportation, receiving control, warehousing, consolidation/deconsolidation, parts sequencing for line-side delivery, returnable container handling, and in-process parts control.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator based in Lincoln, AL. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management tasks, including coordinating benefits administration, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Daily tasks will involve assisting with recruitment processes, conducting new hire orientations, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives.

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
• Knowledge and application of HR Policies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
