JGA Recruitment are excited to partner with a US-based Fortune 500 organization in their search for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing HR function.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll collaborate closely with leaders and employees, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR execution. Partnering with senior HR leadership, you’ll play a key role in strengthening talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, development plans)
• Driving talent reviews and supporting leadership development initiatives
• Advising on employee relations with a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach
• Using HR data and analytics to inform decision-making
• Championing culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Supporting employees and managing HR operations across the lifecycle
• Contributing to innovation initiatives within the HR function
• Facilitating events, training, and key HR projects
What they're looking for:
• 7+ years of HR experience, with strong business partnering capability
• A proactive, consultative, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
• Strong analytical skills and experience using HR data to drive insights
• Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and familiarity with AI tools is a plus
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) is advantageous
