Job Summary
LESSO America Inc. is a fast-growing company in manufacturing, distributing, and wholesaling the PVC plastic fittings products, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The idea is HR Administration Specialist manages daily HR operations, focusing on employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support. They act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, maintain HRIS databases, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Records Management: Maintain digital and electronic personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding documents, and process terminations.
- Benefits & Payroll Support: Assist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and verify attendance or payroll data.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor regulations, update company policies, and assist with audits.
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience as an HR Administrator, Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Language: Must be fluent in Mandarin
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, high attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Common Qualifications: Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
