Title: Program Manager I

Description:
The ideal candidate is highly structured, detail-oriented, and excels at translating complex processes into clear, scalable operating workflows. This individual partners closely with COEs, regional partners, Tier 2 SMEs, People Ops pod leads, and People Tech to build a best-in-class People Ops delivery model.
Manage End-to-End SOP Ownership & Governance
Own the development of Day-to-Day operational SOPs across all People Ops domains (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruitment, Payroll).
Drive creation of Draft 2 SOPs with full E2E detail by end of February.
Partner with Tier 2 SMEs to incorporate country-specific nuance and operational guidance.
Facilitate cross-functional review cycles with COEs and process owners to identify and close gaps.
Manage SOP approvals and signoffs ahead of Service Rehearsals and go-live.
Maintain a centralized SOP tracker capturing status, reviewers, approvals, and update timelines.
Build enablement resources and content for employees and communications for change management.
Drive Testing Alignment & Process Integrity
Update SOPs and reference documentation within 48 hours of configuration changes detected during E2E2/E2E3 testing.
Partner with QA and People Tech to ensure process documentation accurately reflects system behavior.
Participate in cross-pod functional rehearsals to validate process flows and identify required refinements.
Enable Operational Readiness & Change Adoption and Cutover Activities
Drive process readiness for Service Rehearsals and Production cutover.
