The ODP Group’s Summer Internship Program is designed to give aspiring professionals meaningful hands-on experience, dedicated mentorship, and opportunities for skill development. It is a fully immersive program built around several core components, including partnering with business leaders on functional work and projects, leadership roundtables and development workshops, networking opportunities, and a live presentation to a panel of leaders across the organization.
Key Program Details:
The Intern supports an assigned business area by assisting with day-to-day projects and operational initiatives that contribute directly to business objectives. This role provides hands-on exposure to core processes, tools and cross functional collaboration within the organization. The Intern conducts research, prepares basic analyses and presentations, documents workflows, and participates in team meetings and project reviews. The position is intended to develop foundational professional skills, support on-going initiatives and contribute to the successful execution of department priorities.
This role will support enterprise-wide initiatives within Shared Services, reporting to an HR Manager. The Intern will assist with project coordination, tracking key milestones, and maintaining centralized project plans. They will also support all project activities, including updates, organizing materials, and partner cross-functionally on operational projects. This role offers exposure to HR, Business Operations, and Project Management in a fast-paced environment.
