Role Overview

The HR Generalist Analyst manages day-to-day HR operations and workforce planning at the Greenville manufacturing facility. This role drives process consistency, analyzes HR metrics, and supports both employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Management: Lead staffing planning, timekeeping, job bidding, shift assignments, and data management.
  • Employee Relations: Provide policy guidance, handle inquiries/concerns, and conduct workplace investigations.
  • Data & Analytics: Collect and analyze turnover and absenteeism metrics to identify trends.
  • HR Processes: Support annual enrollment, engagement surveys, and wage planning.
  • Flexibility: Occasional schedule flexibility required to support all operational shifts; up to 10% travel.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years of HR or Administrative experience (employee relations, data management, or HR policy guidance).


Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ years in a manufacturing environment (Lean/World Class Manufacturing knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.]
