d'strict is a design company that creates innovative spatial experiences by developing content with digital media technology. [ARTE MUSEUM]


ARTE MUSEUM is an immersive media art exhibition space presented by d'strict, acclaimed for creating the public media art 'WAVE' at COEX in Korea. Exhibits at the ARTE MUSEUM center around the theme 'ETERNAL NATURE', reinterpreting various elements and spaces in nature as immersive media art. The artworks, brought to life through the fusion of various digital media technologies and visual creativity, capture nature's eternal attributes and realistic presentation, allowing visitors to experience nature unconstrained by time and space.


ARTE MUSEUM is a global exhibition brand that launched its first venue in Jeju, South Korea, in September 2020. Since its inception, ARTE MUSEUM has extended its reach to major cities around the globe, establishing itself as a popular exhibition with a cumulative total of five million visitors. It has also won several global design awards, including the iF Design Award.

[Position]

  • HR Manager, D’strict Holdings Inc. & ARTE MUSEUM U.S. Entities
  • (Currently operating in Las Vegas and New York; Los Angeles location opening soon)


[Key Responsibilities]

• Recruitment Process Management

  • Review job descriptions, post job openings, conduct interviews, manage offer process, background checks, and ADP onboarding

• HR Policies & Program Development

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs in compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations and local business needs

• Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including E-Verify, payroll/HR system setup, employee orientation, and benefits/termination administration

• Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Process bi-weekly payroll via ADP and manage PTO, 401(k), and employee benefits (including open enrollment and invoice review)

• Employee Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee master data and manage HR documentation

• Performance Management & Compensation

  • Support promotion reviews, mid-year and annual performance evaluations, and salary adjustments

• Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee relations matters and maintain compliance with federal and state labor laws
  • Update Employee Handbook and monitor HR compliance (working conditions, leave, termination, benefits, etc.)

• Training & Development

  • Conduct new hire orientation and required trainings (e.g., harassment prevention, workplace safety)

• HR Communication

  • Coordinate and communicate with Global HR (HQ) and local leadership (GMs) to address HR-related matters


[Qualifications]

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on HR experience in the U.S., with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (NV, CA, NY, etc.)
  • Native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and cultural backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of U.S. federal and state labor laws with practical application experience

  • Proficiency in Korean for business communication (written and verbal)

[자격요건]

• 8년 이상의 미국 HR 실무 경험 보유, 독립적 업무 수행 가능자

• 미국 내 출장 가능자 (NV, CA, NY 등)

• 영어 원어민 수준의 구두·문서 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자

• 꼼꼼하고 디테일한 업무 수행 능력 보유자
