In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between leadership and staff, acting as a "face of HR" to ensure the team is empowered to provide exceptional care to the community.
📍 Position Overview
- Location: On-site (Seattle, WA - International District)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Range: $33.65 – $38.46/hr (DOE)
- Term: Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire (for standout candidates)
- Duration: ~800-hour initial contract (40 hours/week)
🚀 Key Responsibilities
You’ll support the HR Director and Chief People Officer in a fast-paced, evolving environment:
- Full-Cycle Onboarding: Leading everything from offer letters to benefits orientation.
- Operations & Compliance: Managing HRIS updates, personnel records, and essential credentialing/privileging processes.
- Employee Relations: Providing guidance on performance, attendance, and policy interpretation.
- Program Support: Assisting with open enrollment, training initiatives, and employee recognition.
📋 What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience (Strong HR Coordinators or Admins looking to level up are encouraged to apply!).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Tech Savvy: Previous experience with HRIS systems (Paycom/SharePoint is a plus).
- Soft Skills: High level of confidentiality, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a collaborative, customer-service-oriented mindset.
