HR Analyst PHWP
Location: Timken, Rutherfordton.
Job Type: Part-Time PHWP.
Shift: Day Shift.
Schedule: Flexible Schedule with no more than 28 work hours per week.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Follows all safety rules and regulations.
- Providing upmost confidentiality of internal human resources inquiries and information.
- Full cycle of recruitment for hourly operations.
- Full cycle of recruitment for salary operations.
- Using MySuccessFactors applicant tracking system to screen applications.
- Outreach to potential candidates by initiating an initial phone screen.
- Posting internal and external job openings via applicant tracking system and company job boards.
- Reviewing internal candidates to ensure qualification per job bid policy.
- Scheduling candidates and supervisors for behavior-based panel interviews.
- Facilitating internal and external interviews.
- Providing offers and initiating pre-screening medical and background checks.
- Facilitating human resource initial orientations and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Attendi virtual and in-person career/job fairs and community events to recruit and spread company brand.
- Coordinate plant tours with local advanced manufacturing high schools.
- Reporting out recruiting work-in-progress data to management team and managing recruiting spreadsheets and agency relationships.
- Assisting and/or coordinating HR continuous improvement projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Former Timken employee or Timken retiree.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age of older.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field.
- 3 years of HR experience.
- Certified SHRM-CP/PHR.
