Class X by RIVANI is a revolutionary ultra-luxury office concept developed by Robert Rivani, transforming traditional workspaces into hospitality-driven, experiential environments. Located in the heart of Miami Beach, Class X is an incomparable sanctuary of ambition where hospitality, performance, wellness, and culture converge. Class X features true five-star amenities including a private speakeasy, world-class fitness, spa and wellness, valet, concierge, and high-end dining, all engineered to inspire its members through impeccable service in a world-class environment.
We are looking for experienced, passionate, anticipatory hospitality professionals — the kind whose craft was forged in a five-star flagship hotel or resort, or a private club where the details mattered, and who are ready to put that training back to work in an environment built for it. Class X is operated by Black Briar Management, a foremost leader in luxury real estate management, and is held to the standards of the most decorated names in luxury hospitality — with Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond, and Relais & Châteaux benchmarks anchoring the service culture. If you thrive in a fast-moving but never chaotic environment, want your craft on display, and take pride in service that is felt rather than announced, we want to hear from you.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Housekeeping Manager is the day-to-day operational leader of RIVANI's housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that every common area, amenity space, and tenant-adjacent environment is maintained at a standard that reflects the building’s Class X positioning.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you lead by example, hold your team accountable to measurable standards, and take personal ownership of the building’s presentation quality.
At RIVANI, the lobby is not clean unless it is immaculate - and your team delivers on that every single day.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff. Set clear performance expectations, deliver real-time coaching and feedback, and model the work ethic and standards you expect your team to live by. Assign tasks, monitor daily performance, and address gaps directly and constructively. Build a team culture where high standards are understood, expected, and owned - not just enforced.
• Cleanliness & Presentation Standards: Own the cleanliness standard for all Rivani’s common areas, amenity spaces, back-of-house corridors, lobbies, fitness facilities, and any applicable tenant areas. Establish cleaning protocols for each space and ensure adherence without exception.
• Scheduling & Coverage: Develop and manage daily, weekly, and event-based cleaning schedules to always ensure complete coverage. Coordinate with the front desk, maintenance, and events teams to anticipate and respond to building activity.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage the full inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and linens. Maintain appropriate stock levels, ensure proper storage and SDS compliance, and support cost-effective procurement aligned with budget parameters.
• Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct regular, documented inspections of all cleaned areas. Identify deficiencies and address them immediately. Implement corrective protocols and track improvement over time. Maintain inspection records as part of Rivani’s quality management documentation.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all housekeeping equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained. Coordinate repairs, servicing, and replacements as needed to keep operations running without interruption.
• Tenant & Guest Relations: Address tenant concerns and housekeeping requests with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to resolution. Every interaction is a service moment - own it accordingly.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping operations comply with OSHA standards, chemical safety regulations, and RIVANI's building policies. Conduct regular safety training and maintain a zero-incident safety culture.
• Vendor Coordination: If external cleaning contractors are engaged, supervise their work, hold them to Rivani’s standards, and ensure contract deliverables are consistently met.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, inventory levels, supply orders, and staff performance. Prepare and submit reports as required by the General Manager.
• Budget Support: Assist in managing the housekeeping operating budget, tracking supply expenditures and identifying efficiency opportunities without compromising cleaning standards.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 7–10 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 3–5 years in a lead, supervisory, or shift leader capacity in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
• Deep knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, chemical handling, equipment operation, and sanitation protocols
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold accountable a team of frontline housekeeping staff
• Strong eye for detail - you notice what others miss and act on it immediately
• Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management tools; comfort with digital reporting platforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish required - this role requires full fluency in English and Spanish to lead a frontline team effectively
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and event days as Rivani’s operational schedule demands
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, SDS procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field strongly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout a full shift in an active building environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and manage cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials up to 40 lbs.

WHO YOU ARE
• Proud of clean - you find genuine satisfaction in a space that is truly immaculate
• A leader who earns respect through consistency, presence, and doing the work alongside your team when needed - and who gives honest, constructive feedback because you care about their growth, not just their output
• Organized and structured in how you plan and schedule, but adaptable when the building throws you a curveball
• Tenant-aware - you understand that your work is the backdrop to the life that tenants experience at Rivani
• Accountable: if something in your area of responsibility isn’t right, you fix it without being asked
• A communicator who is equally effective with your team, the front desk, and the General Manager
• A developer of people: you coach in the moment, recognize effort and growth publicly, and hold your team to the standard with consistency and care - not just correction
