This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and high-quality environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and laundry departments
Supervise, schedule, and support departmental staff
Ensure facility-wide cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
Coordinate staff training, development, and performance management
Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and inventory
Maintain operational efficiency and service quality standards
Qualifications:
Prior experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in housekeeping management preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of budgeting and operational cost control
