House Manager

Nashville, TN

Support a high-profile entrepreneurial household with excellence, warmth, professionalism and precision.

We are seeking an experienced, full-time House Manager to support the smooth, elevated, and highly intentional operations of a private residence for two full-time entrepreneurs in Nashville, TN. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role for someone who thrives in service, has experience supporting executives, is exceptionally organized, operationally excellent, and can confidently manage a busy home that often functions as a creative studio, meeting space, and gathering space for community, clients, and guests.

ABOUT THE HOME & HOUSEHOLD

The home belongs to two full-time entrepreneurs with demanding schedules who host frequent guests, intimate events, community gatherings, client sessions, and creative productions (such as photo shoots, podcast production days, client meetings, content days, and offsites). The environment is beautiful, energetic, and active – requiring someone who can maintain order, flow, professionalism and readiness at all times.

The household also includes two beloved dogs, who are central to daily life and require thoughtful, attentive care.

  • Oversee all ongoing contractors and service providers (construction, landscaping, maintenance, installations, etc.)
  • Coordinate home appointments: repairs, deliveries, vendors, inspections, specialty trades
  • Maintain household inventory (groceries, snacks, toiletries, supplies) and complete regular grocery runs

Pet Care (Two Dogs)

  • Daily walks, feeding, and loving presence
  • Medication administration as needed
  • Vet visits and health monitoring
  • Keep a close, attentive eye on the dogs throughout the day
  • Ensure safety on the property at all times

Errands & Personal Support

  • Run errands: returns, pickups, post office, dry cleaning, etc.
  • Maintain fully stocked kitchen with nourishing food
  • Assist with personal tasks for both homeowners as needed
  • Proactive problem-solving and anticipating needs before they arise

Event & Gathering Support

  • Assist with planning, preparing, and managing at-home dinners, gatherings, masterminds, and client experiences
  • Ensure seamless coordination for events hosted in the home (set-up, breakdown, vendor communication, etc.)
  • Support in-home photo shoots, team offsites, and creative productions as an extension of the CEO’s team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must live in Nashville, TN (local applicants only)
  • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday with occasional evening or weekend support during events
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in house management, estate management, or similar role
  • Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Excellent with animals—especially dogs
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm, grace, and efficiency
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Warm, grounded, thoughtful personality

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 10+ paid holidays (aligned with company holidays)
  • Scheduled downtime during the final two weeks of each year *
  • Health insurance
  • Three months of parental leave
  • Paid travel expenses for company retreats, offsites, and events

*While we honor the same holiday and year-end schedule as the homeowners business, there may be occasional exceptions during these times if the home is hosting an event or if there are open projects that need support. The final two weeks of the year will typically include light work or coverage as needed, determined in advance through alignment between the homeowners and House Manager, to ensure clarity and balance.
