General Accountabilities:

  • Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and manages staff in order to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established department objectives.
  • Implements and monitors department standards, guidelines, and objectives, and maintains other administrative processes such as ordering and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of department.
  • Responsible for morale of department through quality of supervision and training and provides training for all department personnel to ensure extraordinary guest service standards are met.
  • Works in conjunction with Casino and Marketing.
  • Requisition supplies and equipment.
  • Process reservations and advance registration payments.
  • Inspect guests’ room, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
  • Responds to guest concerns and provides resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; and/or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to deliver and coach a level of guest service.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Computer literate with capability in Microsoft office.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excels both independently and as a member of a team.
