The Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast-paced position with customer-facing interaction that requiresorganization andexcellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work at minimum a couple of times a month, and on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
- Respond to medical emergencies on the premises
- Assist customers, guests, and colleagueswith any security related issues or questions
- Monitor and review camera footage
- Assist with security office duties - answer phones, dispatch calls, sign in visitors, and conduct bag checks
- Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor and Security Director

- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Preferred candidates will have 1 year of previous hotel security experience
- AED and CPR Certifications are a plus.
