Royal Palms Resort & Spa, part of the Hyatt Unbound Collection, is seeking a detail‑oriented and service‑focused Hotel Operations Coordinator to support our Rooms and Food andBeverage division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and enjoys a blend of guest interaction, administrative work, and cross‑department coordination.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and monitor key hotel systems, including email, Teams, Zingle, Tock, ResortPass, Opera Cloud, Amenity Tracker, Medallia, and Colleague Advantage to support smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain and update operational reporting logs such as lost and found records, daily operational reviews, and group resume recaps.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone and email, delivering polished, concierge‑style service.
  • Support the Food & Beverage team with guest receipt requests, check adjustments, restaurant reservation assistance, and preparation of private dining menu print‑outs.
  • Review and process VIP and special‑category reservations, ensuring all communication, notes, preferences, and special requests are accurately completed.
  • Audit upcoming arrivals and ensure all guest preferences, amenities, and special instructions are properly documented and communicated to relevant departments.
  • Assist Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams as needed to ensure seamless guest service and operational flow.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory of guest maps, welcome letters, and other printed materials to ensure they are consistently stocked and presentation‑ready.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, front office, or administrative operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
  • Proficiency with hotel systems (Opera Cloud, MICROS, or similar platforms) is a plus.
  • A polished, service‑oriented demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Open availability, including working weekends and holidays, when business dictates.
