What You’ll Do
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel
  • Complete work orders including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve building and equipment issues
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Work closely with a tight‑knit team of 4 maintenance professionals
What We’re Looking For
  • 3.5+ years of maintenance or construction experience
  • 1.5+ years hands‑on experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
  • Basic computer skills (Office/Word)
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Hotel or building maintenance experience strongly preferred
Nice to Have
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Trade school education
  • Knowledge of Austin building codes
  • Military maintenance experience (Navy or Army)
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
  • Shifts: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
  • Schedule provided in advance for better work‑life balance
  • Mostly indoor work in a clean, modern facility

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $31.00/hr.
