As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and an exceptional guest experience aligned with Hilton brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales
- Drive RevPAR, ADR, and RGI performance through active revenue management
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and improve Guest Satisfaction Scores (Stay Platform)
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain strict cost controls, including payroll and expenses
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, QA audits, and safety regulations
- Actively engage with local market demand generators to maximize occupancy
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience (Hilton preferred)
- Proven ability to improve guest scores and team accountability
- Hands-on leadership style with strong operational discipline
- Experience with Hilton systems (PEP, GRO, R&I) is a plus
- Ability to lead by example and drive results daily

Work Experience - Minimum 3+ years of hotel leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Proven track record of driving RevPAR, ADR, and overall financial performance
- Strong understanding of hotel operations across all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales)
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Demonstrated ability to improve guest satisfaction scores (Stay Platform) and online reputation
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on accountability and team development
- Ability to manage labor costs, payroll, and expense controls effectively
- Experience with Hilton systems (PEP, GRO, R&I) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make real-time operational decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach teams
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
