Hotel Door Attendant
Pay Rate: $15.75 - $16.15 per hour plus cash tip$!
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Orlando,Florida
Shift & Schedule: 3:00 PM -11:00 PM

What we're looking for:*
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression
- Open doors and assist guests with entry, exit, and luggage handling (including coordination with bell staff)
- Manage vehicle flow at the entrance and partner with valet to ensure safe, efficient loading/unloading
- Provide directions, transportation assistance, and general hotel/local information
- Support guests during inclement weather and ensure a smooth, comfortable arrival/departure experience
- Communicate parking procedures clearly to guests and visitors
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with hospitality standards
- Safely lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs independently and assist with heavier items as needed
- Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate effectively with valet, front desk, and bell staff to support overall guest experience
- Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned

Must haves:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Door Attendants must be able to stand for long periods of time and also be able run, walk, or jog as necessary.
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and clearly speak with guests.
Good to haves:
- Customer service: 1 year+
