🔍 Job Summary:
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care by providing clinical services, medication management, education, and distribution. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
🩺 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered clinical pharmacy services
- Review and manage medication therapy plans based on patient diagnoses
- Offer medication education to patients and healthcare staff
- Ensure safe preparation and distribution of medications
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Support and assist in training/orienting pharmacy staff as needed
✅ Requirements:
- PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) from an accredited institution
- Active Pharmacist License (PHARMD or PHARMR)
- Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and critical thinking skills
🕒 Schedule Options:
- Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Night Shift: 5x8-Hour (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM)
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
