Salary: $63,363.30 - $92,688.83 per year

• Provide behavioral health counseling, including individual and group therapy, based on patient assessments and established treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation and evaluate patient progress to adjust therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Educate patients on community resources and therapeutic activities to support ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure coordinated care from admission through discharge.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional
    Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or transfer date.
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentialed from the Illinois Department of
    Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of
    Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Masters Degree in Counseling, psychology or social work.
• Experience or education with grief strongly preferred.
• 1+ year of clinical experience
