We’re looking for a compassionate, self-motivated Hospice / Palliative Care Community Liaison to help expand access to high-quality hospice care in the Fredericksburg area. In this role, you’ll build meaningful partnerships with healthcare providers and guide patients and families toward the support they need—when they need it most.

What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners
- Drive referral growth through consistent outreach and engagement
- Position our hospice as a trusted, preferred provider in the community
- Educate patients and families on hospice services with empathy and clarity
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support census growth
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of healthcare sales/marketing experience (hospice or palliative care strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clinical background is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
