What you’ll do:As one of our Homeowner Engagement Specialists, you will serve as the primary case manager for future Habitat homeowners, guiding them through every step of our Homeownership Program. This includes conducting monthly check-ins, providing education, and offering personalized support to ensure participants are fully prepared for successful homeownership.
In this role, you’ll lead various homeowner engagement and support initiatives to enhance participant success, increase program retention, and foster strong relationships between Habitat and the families we serve. Your goal is to empower families through education and advocacy, while also strengthening our brand and reinforcing Habitat for Humanity-Spokane’s reputation as a trusted community partner. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager of Homeowner Services.
Who you are:The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements. Base Pay Range: $37,800 – $42,286 Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
