Home Loan Specialist

The Home Loan Specialist III supports the Mortgage Fulfillment Division by reviewing complex loan files, validating documentation, and ensuring applications meet product and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely loan processing while providing strong customer and internal partner support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience or 1+ year in mortgage underwriting
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort with data and document review
• General knowledge of mortgage regulations at the federal, state, and local level
• Background in financial services or the mortgage industry preferred
