Call Center Representative – Mortgage Services

Englewood, CO 80112 | Fully Onsite

We're hiring an experienced Call Center Representative to support a premier national mortgage lender at their Englewood, CO location. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from residential homeowners with mortgage‑related questions, resolving concerns on the first call whenever possible.
• Support customers with topics such as payments, address changes, online account access, escrow inquiries, and mortgage‑specific items including PMI removal.
• Conduct outbound outreach to customers to provide payment assistance, answer questions, and help bring accounts up to date.
• Provide professional, service‑oriented support while confidently discussing payment arrangements when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of call center/contact center experience.
• Strong job stability preferred for this long‑term role.
• Comfortable multitasking on a computer while on calls (dual monitors, MS Office).
• Customer‑focused communicator who is confident discussing payments in a service‑oriented manner.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Pay:$20-$23/HR depending on experience and bilingual (Spanish) skills

Location:Englewood, CO 80112 - Fully Onsite

Schedule:Monday-Friday 9am-6pm; must be available to work one Saturday a month

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
