Home Infusion Field Nurse (Full-time/part-time/PRN) - Ocala, FL and surrounding areas

Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Home Infusion Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, specializing in IV infusion therapy. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed within ambulatory infusion suite and in the home.
• Assist with PICC/Midline/PIV line maintenance both onsite and in the home.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records using CPR+/Caretend and other electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Conduct patients assessments related to infusion therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication administration, and self-care techniques.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Associates degree or higher in nursing
• Must be licensed or registered in the State of Florida

Physical Demand Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching.
• Ability to carry at least 30lbs
