This is a full-time on-site role in Detroit, MI, for a Home Health Registered Nurse. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medicine, providing wound care, and ensuring high-quality patient care standards are met. The Home Health RN will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans, document patient progress, and provide education to patients and families to promote wellness and recovery.
