Role Description

The Home Health Director of Patient Care Services must posess a current CA RN license and will oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining high-quality care standards. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, conducting training sessions, and implementing care plans for patients.Reports to an Executive Director or Administratior. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the SF Bay Area, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The position requires coordination across teams, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring continuity of care for all patients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Medicine and Acute Care to provide oversight and guidance in clinical operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Home Care practices and Nursing standards in patient care
• Strong skills in Training and staff development to ensure adherence to quality standards in care
• Proven experience in managing healthcare operations, adhering to regulations and compliance
• Leadership and organizational skills for managing multidisciplinary teams
• Working knowledge of EMR systems like HCHB or Kinnser.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) or a related field; appropriate state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
