Duties/Description

Follow and implement home care plans for clients

Coordinate with other healthcare and admin professionals to ensure clients care plan is followed

Act as a point of contact and build efficient client relationships

Answer calls/Take messages after office hours

Endorse case/client updates to Office Hours Team

Proficiency with Microsoft and Outlook software

Proficiency/Familiarity with Workday (not required but preferred)


Requirements and Qualifications

Ability to produce background check documentations

A minimum of (1) year experience in virtual homecare or related field

A minimum of (1) year experience in virtual assistance with a US-based company

Able to work outside of office hours (Pacific Standard Time)

Able to work flexible hours
