Full Life Care (formerly ElderHealth Northwest) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for frail elders and people with chronic or terminal illnesses and disabilities. We respect the dignity of our participants and provide for them with care and compassion. We are committed, through our program of health and social services, to the independence and well-being of all participants and to providing respite for caregivers.
Full Life has locations in King and Snohomish Counties where we operate adult day health programs. Other programs include home care and volunteer companionship services.

Duties/Description
Follow and implement home care plans for clients
Coordinate with other healthcare and admin professionals to ensure clients care plan is followed
Act as a point of contact and build efficient client relationships
Answer calls/Take messages after office hours
Endorse case/client updates to Office Hours Team
Proficiency with Microsoft and Outlook software
Proficiency/Familiarity with Workday (not required but preferred)
Requirements and Qualifications
Ability to produce background check documentations
A minimum of (1) year experience in virtual homecare or related field
A minimum of (1) year experience in virtual assistance with a US-based company
Able to work outside of office hours (Pacific Standard Time)
Able to work flexible hours
