Job Title: HIM Supervisor

Location: Hybrid – 1x a week in Edison, NJ (399 Thornall St. Edison, NJ)

Salary: $131,114 - $181,000

Schedule: M-F: 9am-5:00pm

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in a Leadership position (preferably in healthcare or related field)
• Prior experience overseeing/managing a team
• Certified in Epic Coding (HIM) and Epic CDI
• Experience with 3M encoder AKA Solventum certification - must have hands-on platform management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related IT experience
• Excellent communication and management skills

Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking an HIM Supervisor for a large hospital system in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for hands-on leadership role, overseeing a 5 person coding team while partnering closely with business and clinical stakeholders (VP & Director level stakeholders). He/She will oversee requirements gathering, functional design, and application builds across Epic HIM-related platforms, including Coding, CDI, Solventum, and transcription services.
