The HIM Operations Supervisor is responsible for administrative matters relating to health information, oversees the daily work of the HIM operations teams, and is primarily responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating the activities related to all HIM operations workflow.
The current supervisor will continue to oversee chart completion and scanning, while this contractor supervisor will oversee identity and chart correction.
We are looking for someone with strong background, skills and knowledge when it comes to patient identity, such as patient merging and overlays as well as navigating chart correction cases (preferably with Epic experience in this area) and can lead a team of a couple analysts.
