Herohub Curriculum Developer

Location: On-site @ Herohub, Rexburg, Idaho

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $15 per hour

Schedule: 15–25 hours per week, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM

Herohub is seeking a Curriculum Developer to join our team and help us craft engaging content and learning journeys. This is a hands-on role where you’ll utilize innovative AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and sort content to design and structure comprehensive training courses.
• Utilize AI tools to generate video scripts and create engaging training videos.
• Upload and manage course content in a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure all materials are polished, accurate, and ready for deployment.
• Collaborate with team members to align course objectives with dealership needs.

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and video generation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.
